Our Process

The steps to sell your business are straightforward.

Our commitment to you is that we will work quickly, confidentially, and transparently to buy your business. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible.

Introduction
Through a 30-minute video chat, we'll get to know each other, discuss your succession goals, and use the time to determine a mutual fit.

Analyze
We will execute a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to learn more about the business. We will ask for some financial data and a product demo. We expect this step to take between 2 and 3 weeks.

Diligence
We will sign a letter of intent (LOI) to review strategy, financials, people, legal, operations, software, and transition plan more closely. We expect this step to take between 60 and 90 days.

Close
After validating the info on the business during due diligence, we will submit a purchase and sales agreement (PSA) and finalize any outstanding items.

Operate
Now the fun begins.  We will then begin the transition to new ownership with David leading the business based upon agreed terms.
